Website terms

Verify is a project of Heidi Bauer LLC. This website provides information about an age verification service that is still in development.

Current service status

No age verification, payment processing, customer accounts or proof-of-age issuance is currently available through this website. Descriptions of a planned process are explanatory and do not constitute an available paid service.

Age verification only

Verify is being developed solely for age verification. Any future verification fee would relate only to the age check. Purchases of content, products or subscriptions on a participating website would be separate transactions handled by that website and its payment provider. An age-check result would not authorize a purchase or subsequent charge.

Planned methods

Credit-card checks are the initial focus. Facial age estimation and digital identity or identity-document checks are under evaluation. Reusable proof of age is a planned capability. These descriptions do not imply an operational integration or a confirmed partnership.

Future availability and fees

Supported countries, methods, card types, eligibility criteria, launch date and final pricing have not been finalized. Any future verification fee, currency and applicable refund arrangements will be disclosed before a customer confirms a paid service. There is no paid subscription or purchase facility on this website.

Verification limitations

A successful card transaction or bank authentication does not by itself establish a person’s age. Any future verification result must be based on a suitable supported method and its eligibility requirements. A confirmed result will not be possible in every case.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or send payment credentials or identity documents through our general contact channels.

Information and external links

Information about future functionality may change as the service is developed. Links to corporate information or third-party policies are provided for reference; those websites have their own terms and privacy information.

Before operational launch

Service-specific terms, privacy information, pricing and support and refund arrangements will be published before verification becomes available. These website terms do not replace those future documents.
